Hyderabad: The Supreme Court Collegium led by the Chairman of Indian Justice (CJI) N V Ramana cleared the name of the seven district judges for altitude as the Judge of the Telangana High Court.
Collegium also issued a round resolution that recommended the central government to appoint them as the Judge of the Telangana High Court.
The names of the Registrar of the General Court General Venkateswar Reddy, Head of the Hyderabad City Civil Court Hakim C Sumaratha, P Madhavi Devi from the Court Tax Award and Senior Judge District P Srean Sudha, G Radha Rani, Recommended Laxaramji.
They will soon become HC judges after notification by the center.
All of these elevations come from the district of Justice.
Immediately a group of lawyers will also be a judge because the High Court has sent to the Supreme Court to the advocate panel for altitude.
Notification for this effect is expected from the Supreme Court immediately.
If that happens then it will open the way to fill HC Judge vacancies in the high court immediately.
Telangana HC has 12 judges now hearing the case score every day.
When Telangana HC was formed, the court had a power of 24 judges subject to sanctions.
Then with the Intervention of CJI NV Ramana, the agreed strength increased to 42.
