Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Thursday was looking for an explanation from the country about why it had failed for the past eight years to implement the resolution of the Tribal Advisory Council in giving the right to forest residents, on the streets to Tribal Hamlet and in providing electrical pathways in the area.
Head of Justice Head of Justice Hima Kohli and Justice B Vijaysen Reddy heard pills submitted by P Srinivas from Adivasi Samkshema Parisat who collected the country by ignoring the resolution of the council, legal entity with constitutional agreement.
Appearing for the Petitioner, Senior Advisor PV Ramana said the state had denied the rights of forest residents on the one hand and on the other hand, acting by means of the tribes by collecting them illegally.
“A total of 19,000 applications are delayed with forest officials and income seeking land rights based on forest rights law,” said Ramana.
The court looked for a counter from the country and posted this case until November.
