Telangana: housing school tightens the norm

Hyderabad: With several housing schools in countries changed to Covid-19 clusters, officials in these schools, including KGBV and social welfare schools, said they were extra careful now in implementing the protocol.
Officials said that even parents were asked to maintain social distance and use masks when they visited to meet their children.
They added that most parents were fully vaccinated.
“We have identified Covid-19 soldiers in each class to report the health status of their classmates to their classroom teachers and principals,” said R Prashanthi, officers about special tasks, the Panea Command Center, who monitored the health of the students in Tswreis Round -o’clock.
Prashanthi told me that the teacher had also been instructed to implement all Covid-19 norms.
“Even for lunch, students are sent in staggering ways,” he said.
The official added that while they could keep social distance in the classroom when the physical class continued for students in class 9 and above – with only 20 students per class, 40 students were being put into one class until now due to space constraints.
An official with KGBV said that they had also sent a warning, regularly asking students to follow all Covid-19 norms in hostels and classrooms.
“Until now, there is no big problem because there is no Covid-19 case that has been reported from the KGBV.
All the norms are being followed.
Even parents are asked to be extra careful,” an official said.
When it comes to private housing schools, management says that they do not face difficulties in maintaining social distance because almost 50 percent of students have joined the hostel.
“After the Omicron case was reported in India, doubts between parents had increased.
Even the teacher was a little scared and was very careful,” said President Telangana who was recognized by the School Management Association, Shekhar Rao Y.
