Telangana: Kakatiya temple in a mess

Hyderabad: Two Kakatiya Temples – Era Built 750 years ago in the village of Biagubba near Chityal in the Nalgonda district in a mess, crying to be considered.
Archaeologists Dr E Sivanagi Reddy visited a dilapidated Twin Temple on Sunday as part of the ‘Preserving Heritage for Cucu’ Campaigns’ and sensitive to villagers with historical interests and style features of Kakatiya Period Temple.
Reddy said a temple was still there until Arthamandapa, while the superstructure on the roof and Ranga Natya Mandapa was lost.
“Because of the lack of proper maintenance, the second temple with Mandapa on the front side is surrounded by thorny bushes, preventing the easy entry into it,” he added.
