Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 220 new Covid-19 cases and one death on Tuesday, took the Coronavirus state calculation to 6.65,504 and the toll road became 3,915.
With new cases, the number of active coronavirus patients in the state has increased to 4,549.
255 patients were declared recovered on Tuesday, taking the total number of patients recovered to 6.57.040.
The case fatality rate (CFR) stands at 0.58% while the recovery rate is 98.72% now.
So far 79.8% of the overall cases in the country have asymptomatic while 20.2% have been symptomatic.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 80 new cases while Medchal Malkajgiri nearby recorded 12 cases, Ranga Reddy recorded nine and Sanga Reddy recorded three cases.
Outside the city of Hyderabad and its edges, Karimnagar with 21 new cases recorded the highest number of cases.
