Hyderabad: Telangana on Friday reported 858 new Covid-19 cases, taking calculations of up to more than 6.25 lakh, while the victim reached 3,678 with nine deaths again.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) contributed the highest number of cases with 107 followed by Khammam (81) and Nalgonda (64) of the Regency, said a state government bulletin.
The number of active cases is 12,726.
The total number of cases in the country established 6.25.237, while with 1,175 people recovered, the total recovery was at 6.08,833.
More than 1.08 lakh samples were tested on Friday.
Cumulatively, more than 1.88 crore samples have been tested.
The sample tested per million populations of more than 5.07 lakh, said the bulletin.
Death cases and recovery rates are 0.58% and 97.37% respectively.
