Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 184 new Covid-19 cases and 1 death on Wednesday.
The number of active cases in the country stands at 4,211.
The total count of cases from the beginning of the pandemic last year, stood at 6.68,450 and the death toll was at 3,934.
A total of 162 patients were restored on Wednesday, taking the total number of patients recovered to 6.60.305.
The case fatality rate (CFR) is at 0.58 percent while the recovery rate reaches 98.78 percent now.
So far 79.78 percent of the total cases in the state have been asymptomatic while 20.1 percent have symptomatic.
On Wednesday, 38,834 samples were tested for novel Coronavirus.
Telangana has now completed a sample testing of 2.69 Crore and has reached 7.23 lakh testing the sample per million populations.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 55 cases on Wednesday, while Medchal Malkajiriri adjacent to 10 cases, Ranga Reddy recorded 14 and Sanga Reddy recorded 3 cases.
Outside the city of Hyderabad and its edges, Karimnagar with 11 new cases recorded the highest number of cases.
