Hyderabad: Telangana on Monday reported 315 new Covid-19 cases, pushing the calculation to 6.61,866, while the death toll rose to 3.897 with two more deaths.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) contributed most cases with 75, followed by Karimnagar Regency (29) and Khammam (23), said the state government bulletin, provided details at 5:30 a.m.
on Monday.
The amount of recovery that slightly exceeds the number of new cases with 318 people recovered from infection.
The cumulative amount of recovery until the date is 6,52,716.
The number of active cases is 5,253, said the bulletin.
It was said that 70,974 samples were tested and the total number of samples were tested until 2.55.03.276.
The sample tested per million population is 6.85,203.
The fatality rate of cases in the country is 0.58 percent, while 1.3 percent at the national level.
The recovery rate in Telangana is percent, while 97.51 percent in this country.
