Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 494 new Covid-19 cases and 4 deaths on Sunday even when the number of active cases in the country reached 9,405.
The total number of cases since reaching 6.41,153 and the victim died at 3.784.
Kere in a new case is largely due to the reduction in the number of tests on Sunday.
The number of active detention zones in this country established at 39.
Apart from two detention zones in Hyderabad, Mahabubabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Jagtaal, Karimnagar and Bhadradri Kothagudem have a maximum active detention area in the state.
On Sunday, The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 76 new cases, while Medchal Malkajirgiri adjacent to 19, Ranga Reddy 31 and Sanga Reddy recorded 12.
A total of 710 patients were declared recovered on Sunday, taking a total count of patients being restored to 6,27,964.
Case Fatality Rate (CFR) stood at 0.59% while the recovery rate increased to 97.94% now.
So far 79.8% of cases in this country have asymptomatic while 20.2% symptomatic.
