Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 103 new Covid-19 cases and 1 death on Sunday.
The number of active cases in the country stands at 3,575.
The total number of cases from the start of the pandemic last year, stood at 6,74,555 and the death toll was at 3,981.
A total of 153 patients were declared recovered on Sunday, taking a total count of patients recovered to 6.66,999.
The case fatality rate (CFR) stood at 0.59 percent while the recovery rate reached 98.87 percent now.
So far 79.9 percent of the overall cases in the state have asymptomatic while 20.1 percent have symptomatic.
On Sunday, 22,902 samples were tested for Coronavirus novels.
Telangana has now completed a sample testing of 2.82 crore and has reached 7.59 lakh testing sample per million populations.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 49 cases on Sunday, while Medchal Malkajgiri adjacent recorded 6 cases, Ranga Reddy recorded 13 and Sanga Reddy recorded 2 new cases.
Outside the city of Hyderabad and its edges, Karimnagar with 6 new cases recorded the highest number of cases, outside the GHMC limit.
