Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 190 new Covid-19 cases and two deaths on Saturday.
The number of active cases in the country stands at 4,288.
The total number of cases from the start of the pandemic last year, stood at 6.67,725 and the death toll was 3,929.
245 patients were declared recovered on Saturday, taking the total number of patients recovered to 6.59,508.
The case fatality rate (CFR) stood at 0.58 percent while the recovery rate reached 98.76 percent now.
So far 79.8 percent of the overall cases in the country have asymptomatic while 20.2 percent have symptomatic.
On Saturday, 42,166 samples were tested for Coronavirus novels.
Telangana has now completed a sample test of 2.67 Crore and has reached 7.18 lakh testing sample per million populations.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 58 cases on Saturday, while Medchal Malkajirgiri near 11 cases, Ranga Reddy recorded 13 and Sanga Reddy recorded 2 cases.
Outside the city of Hyderabad and its edges, Karimnagar with 22 new cases recorded the highest number of cases.
