Hyderabad: Telangana on Friday recorded 715 new Covid-19 cases, took the calculation to 6,35,320, while the death toll rose to 3.751 with four deaths.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) contributed most cases with 76 followed by Khamam (68) and Nalgonda (54) of the district, said the state government bulletin, provided details at 5:30 a.m.
on Friday.
Recovery exceeds the number of new cases, with 784 people recovering from infectious diseases, taking a cumulative number to 6.21,541.
Active cases reach 10,028.
It was said that 1,13,069 samples were tested on Friday and the total amount tested until 2.03.23,407.
The sample tested per million population was 5.46,034.
Case fatality and recovery rate respectively at 0.59 percent and 97.83 percent respectively.
