Hyderabad: The Telangana Government has formed a cell control of narcotics and specially organized (counter intelligence counters) in the police department with 1,000 members.
Specific cells will work under the DGP and will carry out special tasks to take strict steps to control and eliminate narcotics narcotics abuse and fight organized crime.
Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has instructed relevant officials to act hard against drug vendors and said that drugs must be truly eliminated from the country.
CM has decided to hold a conference with state police and excise officials in Pragathi Bhavan on January 28.
The meeting will be led by CM KCR, and the minister and other officials will take part in it.
In conferences, discussions will be carried out on steps that must be taken and the guidelines are followed to reduce and eliminate drug abuse.
In this context, the Police Department and Excise will be warned further.
CM KCR said that in the case of narcotics, the culprit, however he was high and mighty, must be punished.
Special action plans must be prepared for strict implementation of strict steps.
