MAHABUBABAD: The Mahabubabad authorities on Saturday detained a 22-year-old guy on charges of murdering and raping of a little woman in the district Sitaram Thanda.
According to the authorities, the incident happened if the 17-year-old stepped from her house to fulfill the accused, who’s a resident of Dharmaram village located approximately 15 kilometers from Sitaram Thanda.
Both, considered to maintain a relationship, moved into an isolated place where the boy attacked her sexually.
The woman suffered seizures during the procedure and began bleeding out of her private parts.
After the woman fell unconscious, then the accused panicked and phoned his friend, who was a relative of the victim.
“They shot the woman to your registered medical practitioner (RMP), that declared brought dead,” said superintendent of police, Nandhyala Koti Reddy.
“By that point some villagers also accumulated there and handed the boy to the authorities,” that the SP added.
Police stated that although the accused, through interrogation, maintained he was unaware of the way the woman died, he had been charged with murder because the little family members declared that she had been murdered.
Her parents claimed the 22-year-old kindly shot the victim into an isolated location and raped and killed her.
The woman was a level first year pupil.
The accused was booked under Sections 376 (rape), 302 (punishment for murder) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
Girls and child welfare ministry Satyavathi Rathod visited with the woman’s house and promised her parents that the offender is going to be penalized.
She requested that the collector and SP to take strict actions against those accused.
