HYDERABAD: The cupboard sub-committee on source mobilisation of capital has determined that capital worth Rs 11,000 crore should be mobilised by property auction in 3 stages.
The committee estimated that using all the settling of disputes linked to properties of Program IX, X of Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act 2014, Rs 2,000 crore could be mobilised.
The cupboard sub-committee assembly, held under the direction of fund ministry T Harish Rao, also made a decision to publish a preliminary study on the finance mobilisation program to the ministry K Chandrasekhar Rao.
The fund department officials have provided a more comprehensive fund mobilisation program, which is discussed with all the stakeholders such as government businesses later.
Sources privy to the progress said there isn’t any deadline to publish the accounts along with the property auction procedure will be performed in 3 stages.
It was also mentioned that , property auction of property parcels of all HMDA such as Kokapet will bring the best deal in the nation.
The initial period of tendering for auction of those land parcels will likely be finished each month, and after a gap of 2 weeks, next stage of property auction will start.
It was also proposed to search for property parcels viable available in the headquarters.
From the state budget for 2021- 22, property auction has been estimated to create Rs 20,000 crore.
A thorough GO on budget mobilisation has clearly said to recognize the property parcels viable available everywhere.
Using the voucher of HMDA property parcels, at Rs 2,000 crore earnings is anticipated to be created.
Meanwhile, the next cupboard sub-committee assembly was held under direction of fund ministry T Harish Rao on healthcare infrastructure.
The meeting involved discussion on the steps to enhance healthcare centers for the poor from the country.
The sub-committee needed a thorough discussion on facilities currently available from the hospital.
The committee looked at the particular health provisions which may be provided to the poor in government doctors.
