HYDERABAD: To assess manipulation by private operators, police have produced a charge card for hauling Covid and non-Covid circumstances. Authorities have cautioned private ambulances against amassing unreasonable quantities for supplying solutions, but their dangers are ignored. The Regional Transport Authority (RTA), Rangareddy, have come up with fixed speed ambulances can bill. The Regional Transport Office, Ibrahimpatnam, on Monday introduced the charge. The fees are fixed dependent on kind of vehicle, space together with waiting fees being supplied for this that no extra amounts are accumulated by personal ambulances. As an instance, to get a Maruti Omni for a distance up to 10 km, the personal crane operator may charge Rs 1,400 for providing transportation to get a non-Covid situation and Rs 2,200 to get a Covid instance. To get a Tempo or even Toofan, the speed was fixed at Rs 1700 and Rs 2,700 respectively. The quantity rises based on some 10 kilometers slab afterwards. Likewise, to get a space between 71-80 km, the fees to get a Maruti Omni are fixed at Rs 3,700 and Rs 4,800 respectively and also for Tempo/Toofan Rs 4,050 and Rs 5,150 respectively. The Nirmal district government also held a meeting with personal ambulances operators on Monday about the dilemma of adjusting rates so the people were not put to hardship. Collector Musharaff Ali Faruqui requested owners and drivers of vehicles to adhere to the specified rates when hauling Covid and non-Covid instances or bodies. The rates start using Rs 1,200 for Maruti Omni to haul non-Covid cases around 10 kilometers and Rs 2,000 for Covid circumstances.
