Telangana: Two Maoists give up before the police

Hyderabad: Two Maois surrendered before the police in the Kothagudem district of Bhadradri Telangana on Thursday.
The former ultras was identified as Hemula Rama alias Laxman (27), and Madakam repaired aka Lakshmi (26), the two indigenous people of Chhattisgarh.
According to the supervisor of Bhadradri Kothagudem from the police Sunil Dutt, Hemula Rama joined the Maoist party in 2016.
He was a member of the Jegurugonda Area Committee (ACM) from the Maoist party in Chattisgarh.
“At present, Hemula Rama works as a guard with a member of the Jegurogonda Division Committee (DVCM), Jagadeesh,” SP said.
Madakam Pemaiki is a member of the Liberation People’s Guerrilla Greon (PLGA) 10th in Jegurugonda and he joined the Maoist party in 2015.
The police said that Hemula Rama and Madakam repaired to give up due to harassment and threats from senior party members.
“When Hemula Rama and Madakam repaired their desire to leave the Maoist party, the elderly did not allow them.
They were harassed when leadership against members left the party.
Worried to live their lives, the two young people decided to give up before the party and start a new life, “SP said.
During a press conference, the police asked Maois to give up and join the mainstream.
