New Delhi: Gross income Telecommunications service provider fell 1.36 percent year after year to Rs 67,300 Crore in the July-September 2021 quarter, according to Trai reports released on Monday.

Government revenue from telecommunications services in the form of license fees and the cost of using spectrum (SUC) increased by 16.8 percent and 19.99 percent every year.
Government revenue collection in the form of licensing costs is Rs 4,271 Crore and SUCs RS 1,741 Crore during July-September 2021, compared with RS 3,656 Crore and Rs 1,451 Crore in the same quarter of 2020, according to the report.
