Hyderabad: To celebrate the annual Bonalu Festival on August 1, in a great way at the Mangankali Lal Temple in the old city of Hyderabad, the Government of the State of Telangana has gave sanctions Seven Crore Hospital.
Dewi Symhavahini Mangan Living in this temple and since decades, Bonalu was celebrating with the splendor and excitement on the lines of the Ujini Mahakali at the Temple of Secunderabad and Jagadambika in Golconda fortress in the city.
On Monday, Minister of Telangana for the farm, Srinivas Yadav had held a meeting about the arrangement, with officials concerned and announced the allocation of Seven Crore Hospital for Bonalu’s celebration at the Darwaza Temple of Lal Darwaza.
The minister also specifically asked officials to follow the ‘standard operating procedure’ covid-pandemic such as social distance and masks when offering Bonam to Dewi, at the temple.
The minister also suggested playing with SOP norms through public announcements too.
Barricades must be placed in the temple to keep the queue and sanitation lines must take time inside and around the temple, the Minister said.
Talasani said that the silk robe would be presented to the temple on behalf of the Telangana Government.
More than two Lakh people expect to visit the temple and offer Bonalu, this year.
Worshipers are restricted to take part in offering bonalu in 2020 because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
