Temple priests Receive Covid dole

Coimbatore: Information and promotion ministry M Saminathan on Saturday inaugurated the driveway to trouble Covid-19 relief support to the priests, bhattacharyas, poojaris along with other employees, who do not have monthly wages, of those temples which are connected to this Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment (HR&CE) Department at Tirupur.At a role that has been held in a union hall at Kangeyam obstruct, the ministry spread the dole of Rs 4,000 plus a kit containing 10kg rice along with 15 supermarket things to 132 inheritance from the existence of district collector S Vineeth.In a media statementthe district government said that they had recognized a total of 642 beneficiaries at the district and also Rs 33.38 lakh has been allocated to give them assistance.TNN
