Temporary bus terminal in coimbatore coming

Coimbatore: The temporary bus terminal will function at Codissia Ground in Coimbatore by looking at the passenger rush during the Pongal Festival.
Temporary terminal will function on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning to provide bus services for remotely through the Salem and Trichy route.
Bus to Chennai, Sathyamangalam, Erode, Tirupur (Via Avinashi), Tirupur (Via Palladam) and Karur will be operated from the Mofussil Coimbatore bus terminal.
Buses for Madurai, Theni, Dindigul and distance buses through these areas will be operated from the Santanallur bus terminal.
The bus goes through Pollachi, Puni, Valparai, Madurai, Madurai and Theni will be operated from the Ukkadam bus terminal.
There will be a bus service that connects four bus terminals.
An official said that 250-300 special buses will be operated to clean Pongal Rush.
If needed, the number of buses will increase to meet the request, he said.
