Mumbai: The Court on Wednesday praised temporary protection from the arrest to two lawyers and five laws of legal friends in the case of rape and persecution registered against them by a 35-year-old woman who was advocate.
The woman alleged that she was sexually attacked by the main defendant, who promised to give him a better salary in his legal company, and based on his complaint, a FIR was registered on Monday.
A frightening arrest, one of the lawyers, which was the main accusation in this case, transferred a pre-arrest bail application before the session court.
Advocate from one of the defendants told the court that the woman had registered a similar fire on the previous occasion, which had been canceled, because she had withdrew the allegations, and this complaint was also submitted in the same way.
The defendant also cited the previous order that was passed by another court to the victim and showed a list of more than five to six pine registered, based on complaints of victims to others under the IPC 376 (rape).
However, the additional public prosecutor, opposed the request quoted that the victim was a lawyer and the alleged violation was very serious.
The woman, in a statement to the police, has alleged that she was promised by Rs 1.50 lakh monthly salary at the South Mumbai-based company.
The main accusation has promised to give him a company letterhead and an appointment letter and raped him in the office, police said, added that the woman also claimed that other lawyers and five staff members persecuted themselves.
Registered cases against two lawyers and five staff members underneath 376 (rape), 380 (home theft), 385 (extortion), 120-B (criminal conspiracy), and 354 (criminal power attacks to women with intention to make angry The politeness) of the IPC, it was stated.
After hearing all the submissions, the additional session of Judge S P Agarwal noted that the victim had legal knowledge, and the possibility of unrolled that there were several disputes between the defendants and victims about their professional work.
The court provided temporary protection to all accused until the next hearing date on August 2, and directed the police not to arrest them.
