Surat: A total of the third semester students in the art graduate at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) got a sign higher than the total value in one subject.
The semester exam is done online earlier this week.
The university has announced the results within a few hours after the exam.
During the investigation, VNSGU officials found that students with more signs have been logged in twice because of which marks were added twice to their ID.
“These students are entered once but because some of their technical problems cannot appear in the test.
They then approach the university and we let them go in again because this problem was made,” said an university official.
Meanwhile, the Indian National Student Union (NSUI) filed a memorandum to universities demanding action against the agency that conducted an online exam.
NSUI leaders accused that the agency was assigned a job to conduct an online exam without tender.
“A total of 60,000 students appeared in the online exam and this time, because of the new model, we can announce the results within a few hours after the exam is complete.
We have fixed errors and steps taken so that they are not repeated,” Officially added.
Regarding the total question papers 50 signs, these students receive 60 to 75 values.
According to VNSGU, if a student logs twice to get 30 values, it will get a sign twice, so that total for 60.
Recently CR Paatil also respects VNSGU because it announces the results of an online exam within a few hours from more exams.
