Officials said that the outage happened late Thursday if a crucial power plant dropped all production potential for unknown factors.
Even the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority stated it didn’t understand when electricity could be restored.
Over 51,600 individuals reside at St.
Thomas and over 4,000 people reside at St.
John.
