Terror attacks KULGAM: Chargesheet was filed before the Nia Court

SRINAGAR: Police J & K on Monday submit a Chargesheet in the case of UFA in front of the Nia Court in Anantnag in connection with a terror attack on the police near the Behibagh Police Station in the South Kundh Kashmir Regency on September 26, 2020.
On that date, unknown terrorists , Bullet rain at the police party approached PS Behibagh.
Police standby reply effectively, thwarting terror offers, but the attackers managed to escape with assistance from colleagues.
During the investigation, the involvement of two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists, Amir Ahmad Mir and Amir Manzoor Ganie – both were killed in anti-terror operations – appearing forward.
The probe further revealed the involvement of their colleagues, Suhail Ahmad, in the crime.
Suhail was later arrested along with illegal weapons, ammunition besides other burdensome evidence, a police statement said.
