Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court on Tuesday rejected the application that was looking for the arrangement of terror funding fees by Nia against coal transporter Sonu Agarwal from Balajia and Warehousing PVT Ltd, and CEO Adhunik Housses and Mahesh Agarwal resources.

Looking at Sonu and Mahesh was accused of terror funding cases involving the feared Naxal organizations, the Tritya committee (TPC), and had transferred the High Court to cancel the criminal process that began against it.
The previous duo had been given “no coercion steps taken” against them by the same court.
This case was taken by Nia in 2016 after the Center recorded the seizures of a large number of currencies, arms and ammunition from TPC extremists in various operations carried out by the police.
