Terrorists are shot dead by troops in meetings at J & K Kulgam

Srinagar: Unknown terrorists killed on Thursday at a meeting with security forces in Kulgam district in Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Acting on specific inputs about the presence of militants in the Chawalgam Kulgam area in South Kashmir, security forces launched Cordon and search operations there, a police officer said.
When the troops are conducting a search in the area, guerrillas opened fire on them, he said.
The troops replied to a meeting where a militant was killed, the official said.
He said the identity and affiliate of the ultra group killed was confirmed.
The operation is taking place and further details are awaited.
