T’Gana: 7,000 police to keep watching PM visits

Hyderabad: Nearly 7,000 Police, 270 CCTVs and other security arrangements for the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the 50th birthday celebration of ICRISAT and the ‘Equality Statue’ dedication ceremony in reflecting on Saturday.
The settings were made considering the recent security incident on a PM convoy violation in Punjab.
To avoid repetition, PM will take a helicopter to the venue after landing at RGI airport.
Chief Secretary of Somesh Kumar, DGP M Mahendar Reddy, Head of Anil Kumar intelligence and other senior officials on Friday visited a stepping number.
On Thursday, Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao also visited the place and took a stock of security arrangements.
The police have maintained strict worries after protests in the old city of two people at Uttar Pradesh fired a shot at the MP Hyderabad Convoy Asaduddin Owaisa.
The police have taken control of all the way to the venue in reflecting and Icrisat.
Special Protection Group (SPG), which handles PM security, has been camping in Hyderabad since a week and coordinating with Cyberabad police and intelligence security wings (ISW).

270 CCTV in the internet will be supervised by police from the command and control center that has been established.
Police Commissioner Cyberabad Stephen Ravindra has also issued orders that prohibit unauthorized use of drones or paragliders in both places visited by the Prime Minister.
He said that criminal acts would be taken against violators.
