Hyderabad: Chair of the K Chandrasekhar Rao, which fired Salvo Fresh to Prime Minister Narendra Modi at fertilizer prices by writing a letter to him, missing Modi video conferencing about the Covid-19 situation with the main ministers from various countries on Thursday night.
Instead, he accepted Health Minister T Harish Rao and Secretary Chief Somesh Kumar to attend the meeting.
This is not the first time KCR has attended a meeting held by PM.
In February last year, CM had missed the Niti Aayog meeting which was locked up by Modi, citing health reasons.
Once again in March 2021, CM gave Modi’s video conferencing with CMS ‘in the Covid-19 Miss case.
He has represented the main secretary and health secretary to attend the meeting by saying he was busy with the answer to the governor’s speech blessing movement in the Assembly.
While the official source said he could not attend a meeting for health reasons, political analysts saw him as a widening gap between the ruling parties in the state and BJP in the middle.
CM did not make bones about the unhappiness of the central policy, especially in the problem of procurement of rice, by not attending the meeting, said the source.
