T’gana drop trend continues, seeing 767 new cases

Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 767 cases on Thursday, continuing the trend of decline in new cases.
The total number of cases in the country was at 7.81,603 while the dead were at 4,105 with a count of 2 deaths recorded on Thursday.
2,861 patients were declared recovered, taking a total tally from recovery as far as 7,59,744.
At present, there are 17,754 patients who are in care.
The recovery rate is currently at 97.20 percent while the death rate is at 0.53 percent.
On Thursday, a total of 58,749 samples were tested.
Telangana has now completed a sample test of 3.28 Crore.
GHMC recorded 228 new cases among the district, followed by 54 in Medchal Malkajgiri.
Countries like Bhadadri Kothagudem saw 24 cases, Karimnagar saw 30 cases, 28 cases in Nalgonda and 27 new cases in Hanmakonda.
