Hyderabad: The scenery to the constituency of the Huzurabad Assembly is likely to be held only after Dasara, October 15.
The Election Election Commission on Saturday announced the Bypoll schedule for Odisha and West West, but has not announced the date to make improvements in 12 other countries, including Telangana, for reasons such as festivals, Covid-19, floods and local problems.
During the latest video conferencing by ECI with the Head of Secretary of all countries, the Telangana Government, while expressing his readiness to polls, the deployment and police campaign will be a problem if the election was carried out in the middle of October by the October Festival Ganesh began on September 10 and Bathukamma and Dasara Navaratri in the first week of October.
Polling to 7 MLC chairs was delayed considering the suggestions made by the Chief Secretary of Telananga Somesh Kumar and DGP M Mahendar Reddy, Eci reportedly decided to hold elections after Dasara.
With this, the selection of huzurabad can be held either at the end of October or November first week.
Bypoll has been required after the resignation of a former ministerial leader and TRS Eatala Rajender on June 12.
ECI can hold assembly segments within six months after receiving resignation, namely, Rajender joins BJP and has campaigned in the constituency with enthusiasm.
The powerful TRS also started his campaign.
Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao held a meeting at the Dalit Bandhu scheme in Huzurabad.
With ECI’s decision to hold an election after the festival season, polls up to seven MLC, (six under the quota of MLAs and one below the governor quota) will also be delayed.
The state government then told ECI that the conditions in the state were not conducive to hold elections due to the second Covid-19 wave and 10 days of lock.
