T’gana issued government orders to improve cinema ticket rates

Hyderabad: In the midst of conflict and protests between the film industry and the AP government on the country’s decision to prescribe cinema ticket rates, Telangana tariffs that are too focused on cinema ticket rates for all AC, non-AC, ordinary and multiplex theaters in the state.
A go also issued for this effect that allows theater to increase ticket rates substantially throughout the state.
While the theater and the film industry approached the court in AP which described the state’s actions as an attack on them and also as an intervention in ‘their business’, the Telangana High Court closed the pill that controls the cinema ticket rate which states that what the applicant has requested has been carried out by the state.
The Telangana government told the high court that he revised the ticket of the cinema and issued orders, left MS No.
120, on December 21, 2021, also for that purpose.
The State told this to Justice, Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice N Tamaramji when the last took the pill hearing submitted by the Advocate Gl Narasimha Rao who accused the country and authority by allowing the owner of the theater with a high ticket price, especially when the new film release.
He wants the country to solve this Nexus and repair a reasonable price.
Advisor Department of State House T Srikanth Reddy told the court that the state government had improved cinema ticket rates and had a copy of the cinema ticket going to court.
The bench told the applicants that what the applicant was sought has now been filled with the state.
When the applicant raised new demands, the bench asked him to return to court if the new Go was violated by one of the theaters.
The applicant accused the theater was too enriched in the last 5 years by collecting great accusations during the release of new films.
The bench refused to take all the allegations of past violations of the cinema on the command of the Applicant.
Separate petition files in each past case with proof, Bench said while throwing away the petition.
What happened in the past? After the direction of the Hyderabad High Court in 2016, the Telangana Government formed a six-member committee led by the Secretary of the House.
Based on the recommendations of this committee, the state government, on June 23, 2017, classified theater into several categories based on facilities and location and fixed prices for them through GO Ms.
No.
75.
And surprisingly, citing the administration of reasons, the country saves this in delay on June 30, 2017.
The applicant’s complaint is that the theater owner filed a petition before the High Court and obtained a temporary order for hiking ticket charges before releasing a new film.
They have quoted a delay command as the reason.
Because the country cannot come out with a clear recipe, they seek temporary help.
The applicant said that this had enriched some Bigwigs in the film industry in an undue way at the cost of regular film visitors.
