Hyderabad: After the Chairperson and Managing Director of Kitex Group based in Kerala, Sabu M Jacob accused the harassment by the Kerala Government, the Telangana Government launched a red carpet for the giant clothing on Friday.
The Telangana Government not only sent private jets with industrial department officers on board to fly Kitex Top Honchos, led by Jacob, to Hyderabad on Friday morning for a 1-1 meeting with the Telangana Industry Minister KT Rama Rao, it also flew the Mega Textile Taman Kakatiya ( KTMP) in Warangal on Friday afternoon.
On their Hyderabad-Warangal-Hyderabad-Hyderabad journey, the Kitex team was accompanied by the Deputy Chairperson of the Telangana Industry Infrastructure (Tsic) Deputy Chair & Managing Ev Narasimha Reddy.
According to the Telangana government official, the six-member Kitex group team held a three-hour marathon meeting with the KTR and the Industrial Department team led by the Main Secretary Jayesh Ranjan.
“Kitex officials said they were very happy and impressed with the fast and effective response from the Telangana Government.
They said it showed the government’s commitment to attract investment to the country and said they had not received such a well-known response from other countries,” said a Telangana government official.
, According to reports, the Kitex CMD group has accused that he was “attacked like an animal” for almost 45 days forcing him to make a decision to attract an investment worth 3,500 crore from Kerala.
The group has been involved in wagging with the government of Kerala after the state government conducts several inspections and raids on the units.
Biggie Biggie based in Kerala is being cleaned by almost nine states but Telangana seems to have begun to become heads with until now it has never been heard from red carpet care.
The Telangana Government also hosted a special lunch for them in a five-star hotel opposite the Telangana office office of K Chandrasekhar office before they went to Warangal in the afternoon.
Upon his return to Hyderabad, Top Kitex weapons held a round of talks with KTR and the Telangana Industrial Department team before dinner specifically for them.
