Hyderabad: Apart from the university directs the technical college to cleanse salary contributions, the faculty says that most of the universities have not paid their delayed salaries or even starting to pay their full salary.
They said that even now the management of the college paid nearly 50% of salary and continued to implement no work, no payment policy.
“The situation has not changed since last year.
We still get only 50% salary.
In fact, some are paid less than 50% of their salaries,” said the President of the Association of Telangana Technical Institutions, V Balakrishna Reddy.
He added that management had not paid salary fees from last year.
The association says that management does not use services from all faculty members for online classes.
“Only those who take online class are being paid part of their salary while the rest is not paid,” Balakrishna added.
When it came to the newly joined staff, TTIEA members told that they were told beforehand that they would only be paid for the number of tokens – Rs 5000 to Rs 10,000 – to college physically reopened.
Only after college continued the physical class, whether they would be paid for full salary, they added.
