Hyderabad: The day after getting Rs 2,000 Crore from the Land Auction Kokapet, Telangana saw another success in Khanamet on Friday, with five plots that raised Rs 729.4 Crore for the state treasury.
The total area that goes below the hammer is 14.9 hectares.
While the highest bid on Thursday touched Rs 60.2 Crore (per Acre) – Rajapushpa Properties took 1.67 hectares at that level at the Golden Mile to expand the land parcel for four acres on the same site – in two offers reached Rs 55 Crore.
2.9 acre land (labeled plot no.
14) Go to city-based real estate company, Manjeera construction.
The company has several housing, commercial and mall projects in the city, especially kukatpally – only 10 minutes from Khanamet.
“We are very happy with our new land ownership,” said G Yoganand, Chair and Managing Director of the Manjeera Group.
“We will develop upscale housing projects here, which will be our highest effort so far; stand in 30 floors.
Given the various advantages of this location and the availability of wide roads on all sides, the price of this property will definitely be repaired to the RS 8,000 per Square feet.
Also, the city’s special bag handles 40% of traffic works along the Western corridor.
“Bordering Episentren IT Hyderabad – Hi-Tec City – Khanamet already has a house for a large residential room and office.
Also on the card, the word real estate said, is a new business fleet including a 1,000 bed hospital.
Not surprisingly, the location has witnessed a surge in land prices over the past few years.
For Friday auctions, carried out by the State Industry Infrastructure Company, the state has set a minimum bid amount at Rs 25 Crore per Acre.
While Manjeera’s offer is more than double the price, the number of other winners is too revolved at Rs 43.6 High Crore to Rs 50.4 Crore per Acre for the size of the plot ranging from 2 hectares and 3.7 hectares.
Those who managed to bid they were Telesystem Linkwell, uptown life projects and GVPR engineers.
“Most of the bidders are expected to develop commercial projects on these sites,” said Jayesh Ranjan, the main secretary and trade, reaffirming USPS Khanampet.
“That very close to Kukatpally is also a big advantage because a large enough population of workers employed in the IT sector live in this area, which has succeeded in maintaining the tag of affordability remains intact.
We only hope that the bidder can immediately send the project.
The government will provide support What they need, “he said.
