Hyderabad: The entrepreneur from Karmaghat was killed after a fight for recognition in the case of marijuana smuggling, registered in Tenali at Andhra Pradesh.
His body was excavated from a farm in Zaheerabad in the Sangareddy district on Saturday.
Three people have been detained.
Entrepreneur Madhusudhan Reddy lost on August 19.
“On Friday (August 20), Madhusudhan’s wife received an SMS from an unknown number that informed her husband was kidnapped.
He filed a complaint missing with Charminar police.
In verifying CCTV, we did not find anyone who kidnapped the victim,” Police said .
Furthermore, the police began collecting detailed telephone numbers where the message was sent and took one Jagannath to detention.
In interrogation, Jagannath revealed that Madhusudhan was killed and his body was buried in the field of agriculture in Zaheerabad, police said.
A team went to Zaheerabad and explored the body on Saturday.
The police found that Madhusudhan, was accused of a murder case, making friends with one Sanju Kumar when they were in Chanchalguda prison a few years ago.
After coming out with a guarantee, they became close friends.
Then, Madhusudhan facilitated Sanju Kumar to get a mortgage loan Rs 40 Lakh.
A few days ago, brothers and sisters Sanju Kumar were arrested by the Tenali AP police while they were allegedly transporting marijuana in the truck.
When asked about trucks, siblings, in their confession of the police, reportedly claimed that the vehicle was arranged by Madhusudhan.
“In learning that he was framed by both, Madhusudhan was upset and rebuked Sanju because the last siblings took the truck to transport marijuana.
Then, the heated argument occurred between Sanju and Madhusudhan.
The victim asked Sanju to return the RS 40 Lakh loan facilitated by him,” The researchers said.
On August 19, Sanju asked the victim to meet him near Charminar to raise money.
After the victim came to place, Madhusudhan was forced into the car.
He was repeatedly beaten, because Madhusudhan died, police said.
The police took three people to detention, but lied about this case.
