Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 405 new Covid-19 cases and three deaths on Monday, because the number of active cases in the country reached 7,093.
The total number of cases from the start of the pandemic last year stood at 6,52,785 and the death toll was at 3,845.
The number of active detention zones in the country stands in 20.
Jagiyal, Karimnagar and Nalgonda have the majority of active detention zones in the state.
577 patients were declared recovered on Monday, taking the total number of patients recovered to 6.41,847.
Case Fatality Rate (CFR) stands at 0.58% while the recovery rate is at 98.32%.
So far, 79.8% of the total cases in the country have asymptomatic while 20.2% have been flexible.
On Monday, 84,262 samples were tested.
Telangana has now completed a sample of 2.34 crore samples and has reached 6.30 lakh testing sample per million populations.
