Hyderabad: In the Macabre incident, the head cut off from a man in his early thirties was left at the foot of a manganal idol in the Nalgonda district on Monday.
After the photographs of head cut off circulated to various police stations in the state, a family member of a 30-year-old bum from Suryapet Regency, who had suffered a mental health problem, contacted the police who said that the feature of the victim’s face looked similar to him.

The police sent photos of heads cut into all police stations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
