Hyderabad: Despite the appeal of the industrial agency to delay the launch, the Telangana government on Tuesday continued and implemented the revised market values of property in the state.
The increase ranges from 25% and 50% depending on the type of property, with a high value witnessing the maximum leap.

According to official data, land value in Kokapet residential area – the purpose of realty to come in the city – now at Rs 14,400 per square page.
It’s around Rs 10,000 per square page until now.
In Puppalguda, which is already at home for several high housing projects and large tickets, the leap is steeper.
The revised market value here has been set at Rs 21,000 per square page, a 50% neat leap.
But some industry sources claim that new prices are much higher than in some cases.
In Kondapur-Gachibowli’s belt, for example, they said that the commercial market value remained above RS 26,000 per square page no more than Rs 12,000 to RS 14,000 before.
“This revision will push the final price of property significantly,” said the developer with projects in Shankarpally where the market value has been revised by 40% – from Rs 2,800 per square page.
This belt is also a fast-growing real estate pocket that sits on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
