“According to the topographic map, no water canal / channel that passes the Avatar project of my house,” he said.
The committee also said the NOC of the Irrigation Department was only mandatory if the project site was limited by the water body or the water channel that was notified / streamed through the project location.
“In this case, the NOC from the irrigation department may not be needed,” he said.
In the report, the Committee said: “In accordance with the revenue opinion of Puppalguda Village, there is no encroachment of Narsingi Lake 2 and Thushkin Cheruvu by my home avatar project.
There is also no connection between Mushkin Cheruvu and Nagireddy Kunta through any flow.” The next report is said to be a picture In 2003 from Google, Agricultural Outlet Channels from Surveys No.

Based on this data, there is no obstruction caused by construction by the DLF avatar project My house, “the report showed.
There are several streams that flow from Mushin Cheruvu to Southwest and join Lake Narsing 2.
“Observed that the developer has not penetrated / blocked / damaging the flow of natural water from Narsingi Lake 2, Mushky Cherera,” said the committee.
Also, they are not located adjacent to the project site and there are no common water channels that connect these three water bodies, he said.
DLF Homes Ltd is a land owner and the main developer of land and has obtained a certificate of asbansitas (EC).
After getting EC, DLF Homes signed a Joint Development Agreement with the construction of my house for project development.
