Hyderabad: The Industrial Infrastructure Company of the State of Telangana (TSIIC) has decided to auction of the 117 hectare government land in Khanamet Village and Poppalguda on September 27.
Tsic will issue a notification for auction on August 30.
Tsic along with the Metropolitan Development Authority Hyderabad (HMDA) performed a 49 hectare e-auction in Kokapet and Khanampet on July 15.
The auction has been taken around Rs 2,000 Crore.
Then, the Kokapet auction has landed in a legal wrangle because it goes 111 problems.
HMDA this time stayed away from land auctions.
According to Tsic, around 23 hectares in Khanamet and 94 hectares in Poppalguda will be ready to be contested.
Part of the Khanamet Tanah Package has been sold during the previous auction.
Of the 35 plots to be placed for auctioned, the smallest plot is 0.7 hectares, while the largest is 6.62 hectares.
Pre-bidding meetings will be held on September 9 and the last date for registration will be September 25.
