Bengaluru: The BJP Veteran leader and former Union Minister Thaarchand Gehlot on Sunday took an oath as the 19th Governor of Karnataka managed Vala Vala Rudabhai.
Head of Justice Justice of the Karnataka High Office Abhay Shreeniwas Oka gave an office oath and confidentiality for Gehlot in Raj Bhavan in front of the Governor of Vala who came out, the Minister of Yediyurappa, Kolga, MPS, MPS, MLAS, and senior officials of the state government.
The 73-year-old Gehlot is the Minister of Justice and Social Empowerment at the Center, and is a home leader in Rajya Sabha before assuming a new role in the southern state.
