The ‘Thalavii’ producers were disputed with national multiplexes during the time gap between film releases in the cinema and the OTT platform.
The filmmaker was negotiating with a multiplex chain to release a film on OTT two weeks after the release of the theater on September 10, a condition that multiplexes found it difficult to accept.
But producer Vishnuvardhan Induri said, “This happened.
We still negotiate with them, but we must also ensure that we restore our investment.
The theater owner must support us because we risk releasing movies in theaters despite the fact that as our producer has got the results of a non-theater platform.

Apparently, Induri has decided to premiere ‘thalavii’ on the popular OTT platform just two weeks after the theater release.
The Tamil and Telugu versions will also be aired on other streaming platforms, only 14 days after the release.

The arrangements are achieved with the ‘bell bottom’ manufacturer and ‘chehre’, too.
When Etimes shows Induri that there is speculation about him who has agreed to push the window release up to four weeks for the Tamil and Telugu versions, he said, “I did that so we restored our investment.” The final decision around the window for Hindi release even though it was still in the air.
Induri also claims that it has offers from various OTT platforms and when talking to them.
