Thane: Two people were killed and nine others suffered injuries after a slab of housing buildings collapsed in the Rabodi area on Sunday morning.
The incident occurred around 6am.
The third floor slab of the four-story building crashed into the first floor.
All residents of Khatri’s apartment have been divix.
The deceased has been approved as Rameez Shaikh (32), Gaus Babalal (40).
“After being told, the team of local firefighters and regional disaster management cells rushed to the place and pulled three people trapped under debris, two of them died,” said Deputy Commissioner of Civic Ashok Burpulle.
