Thane: The Thane session court has sentenced a 28-year-old man for kidnapping and raping a small girl and he was 16 years old and sentenced a seven-year prison sentence.
The man was punished by V V Virkar, an additional session of the judge and a special judge who also protected children from the judge of sexual violation (Pocso), and imposed a collective fine of Rs 8,000.
In its order, the judge noted that prosecution had proven all charges against the defendant, who was known to the victim’s family, and who needed to be punished and punished.
