Thane: Addiction to cellular chat application, a 13-year-old boy from Badlapur leaving home; found in Goa later days

Thane: a 13-year-old boy, a resident of Badlapur in the Maharashtra district, who is addicted to the social message mobile application, leaving his house and then found in Goa, the police said on Friday.
The boy returned back with his parents on Wednesday, three days after he left home, they said.
“The teenager left his home on October 31, after notifying his parents that he would leave for one year,” Sandesh Police Inspector Assistant was more than the East Police Station Badlapur.
His parents then filed a complaint with the police and the kidnapping case was submitted in this relationship, he said.
“When the police asked with his friends, they knew that the boy was connected with other children with a discord cellular application and used to chat in the group for hours,” he added.
His friends also told the police that members of the Chat group had decided to leave their homes to do something in life to prove himself, more said.
Therefore, cyber cells from the Thane police were issued, which traced the IP address of the cellphone used by the boy and found the conversation where they knew that he was in Goa.
“The police tracked it in Calangute in Goa and returned with his family.
He has traveled to neighboring countries through Kolhapur,” police officers said.
