Thane: The case is registered with around 400 BJP officials to hold a protest parade in Kalyan who violated the Covid-19 norm, police said on Saturday.
The march protest took place between the Datta Nagar and the Dombivival sub-divisional office on Thursday and among those ordered was MLA Ravindra Chavan, said an official.
This case has been listed under IPC, disaster management law and the provisions of the epidemic disease but there has been no arrest, he added.
