Thane: Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) told 50 people tested positive in the city on Thursday, taking the overall number of cases to 1.35,607.
During the day, 70 people were also dismissed.
Until now, 1,32,955 people have recovered.
On a positive note, no new death reported.
However, 2,065 people have so far died in the city because of the virus.
The active case now stands at 587.
The recovery rate is now standing at 98.04 percent, while the multiplier rate is 1,227.
Among new cases, Majiwada-Manada reported 16 patients, while 10 were tested positive in Kalwa, nine in Vartak Nagar Prabhag, three of each at the Local-Savarkar Nagar, Naupada-Kopri, Wagale, and Diva.
In fact, one case was found in Uthalsar, Mumbra, and from Thane’s jurisdiction.
