Thane: Thane City continues to report more than 50 new Covid-19 cases.
On Thursday, Lake City saw a surge in 57 cases, taking the overall case to be calculated to 1.37,357.
During the day, two people with co-morbidities give up on the virus.
The overall death now toll stand at 2,082.
Among new cases, Majiwada-Manpada reported 31 cases, followed by 10 in Naupada-Kopri, eight in Vartak Nagar, three in Uthalsar, and two in Kalwa.
One case each found in Local-Savarkar Nagar, Wagale, and Diva Wards.
There are no new cases found in Mumbra.
The amount of recovery increased to 1,34,784 with 27 more people out.
The number of people who underwent treatment once again edged up to 500 with 491 active patients at this time.
The recovery rate is 98.13 percent, and the doubling rate is 2,030.
