Thane: Thane City on Thursday reported 71 new Covid-19 cases, taking the overall number of cases to 1.35,222.
During the day, 54 people were dismissed from post-recovery hospitals.
Until now, 1,32,409 people have been repatriated.
However, three people with comorbidity surrendered to the virus, taking the victim overall to 2,059.
The active case in the city stands at 754.
The recovery rate is 97.92 percent, while the doubling level is 1,489.
Meanwhile, due to heavy rain, Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) said that as a precautionary measure, Covid-19 vaccination would not take place on Friday.
